Irish siren Roisin Murphy has given us “Simulation,” a nearly twelve minute journey of disco bliss which has just been released by Berlin’s Permanent Vacation. A driving kick and snare set the pace immediately and are soon followed synth licks, disco riffs, arpeggiations, and a groovy understated bass line that help drive this soul train deeper and deeper into an erotic cosmos. Murhpy’s vocals are powerful and seductive, and when…
The latest White Light mix is out and it’s a big one from LA based, disco geniuses, Oliver. It’s packed full of Disco goodness, but what else would you expect from these guys. A lot of times mixes are either old disco 12″ with some updated edits or just nu-disco/disco house bangers. This mix features a great selection of both, with tracks spanning from the last 3 decades. Tracklisting below:…

I’ve seen almost everyone of these guys spin at various venues/parties around LA and it’s nice to see them all come together on one release. A lot of different styles of music on this one, so everyone should be able to find something they enjoy. BTW…
First up we have a mix by my good friend Frank and his buddy Joshua. They go by the moniker Wet. and are pretty dedicated to playing those old skool house records. A lot of love put into this mix. Do not overlook this one! Just A Few Drips Mix by Wet. Leaving the house and moving into a dubbier area of EDM we have Kastle. This Pittsburgh artist’s remixes…
