I have a lot of good stuff for you in today's post. A lot of these artists I've just discovered and are relatively unknown. So do these guys a favor and show them some love on all the social media sites they use. And definitely go buy their tracks on beatport, iTunes, juno, etc. With that being said...
GonZo is a producer from Copenhagen who has recently gone on a funk/disco vs. Top 40 mashup killing spree. I wish I had come across this guy a couple months ago when I was forced to play a little Top 40 at a weekly gig. Some of these mashups are better than others. My personal favorites of the bunch being the Rihanna mix and the Guetta one. And for the record, no I am not a Guetta fan. Just wanted to clarify that.

dabp is a 17 year old producer from Belgium. The kid makes extremely digestible Drum & Bass and I can't wait to see what he puts out in the future, hopefully on some bigger labels. I wish I could get my hands on that Chase & Status remix...

Another artist I just heard about is Austrilian wordlife. He just released his Birth, Punk, Rap, House, Life EP on Bang Gang Records. It shows remix support from Panteros666 and Nick Verwey, although I probably dig the originals a little more.

Dirtybird Records just released Hatched Vol. 1 - Part 1, their first installment in the label's newest compilation series. These are my two favorites from the release. You really just can't go wrong with Eats Everything. Plus that name is amazing.

Last but not least we have a mix from Solitude, a UK Deejay who spins mostly Ambient style tunes. This is his 15th mix in this series, but it's the first one I've ever heard. I'm gonna have to give some of the older ones a listen because its amazing. A lot of artists and tracks on this mix I've never heard or seen before (which is probably why I like it so much).
