BROMANCE “#3″ /// CLUB CHEVAL BRODINSKI LOUISAHHH!
The newest offering from Louis Brodinski's fledgling Bromance Records is just what we've come to expect from the Frenchman's label. Raw, a little dark, fresh, and innovative. Fusing genres into something uniquely bromantic seems to be what Brodi has been going for as of late. "#3" hosts two tracks, one from Brodinski and frequent collaborator Louisahhh! The other from Parisian dream team Club Cheval (Sam Tiba, Myd, Canblaster, and Panteros666). Club Cheval's "Now U Realize," is an ode the the Trance music of the 90s, but has been molded to fit the quirky tastes of its makers. With it's atmospheric and uplifting chords and vocal samples, "Now U Realize" will be a rave staple this year. The EP's second cut from Brodinski and Louisahhh takes us into a much darker territory. "Nobody Rules The Streets," in my opinion is part Trap and part Techno which are two things Brodinski loves. Louisahhh always comes through with the most sultry fever inducing vocals. I'm pretty much in love with that woman. The bassline is heavy and attacks with just the right amount of fuzzy distortion. Guaranteed to get you jackin' in no time.
